Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.

3. Transportation Services

VayaMzansi provides technology services that facilitate trip bookings.

Transportation services are provided by independent operators and drivers, not by VayaMzansi directly.

4. Payments

Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with bookings made through the platform.

5. User Conduct

- Abuse drivers, operators or other users

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to VayaMzansi policies and applicable South African laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

VayaMzansi provides the platform on an "as available" basis and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
