# Booking Questions

## How do I book a trip?

• Complete payment where applicable.

You will receive confirmation once your booking has been accepted.

Yes. The VayaMzansi app allows you to book both one-way and return trips, subject to route availability.

Yes. Bookings can be cancelled through the VayaMzansi app.

Yes.

Operators are responsible for ensuring that every vehicle registered on the VayaMzansi platform is roadworthy, legally licensed and compliant with South African transport regulations.

## Can I choose my driver?

No.

Drivers are assigned automatically based on route availability, scheduling and operational requirements to ensure efficient service for all passengers.

# Safety

## Can I share my trip with someone?

Where this feature is available, passengers may share their trip information with family or friends for added peace of mind.

## Can I track my driver?

Yes.

Passengers can view their assigned driver's location and estimated arrival time within the VayaMzansi mobile application once the trip has been confirmed.

## What should I do if I leave something in the vehicle?

Please contact VayaMzansi Support as soon as possible through the mobile application or by email.

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in recovering your property, although recovery cannot be guaranteed.

## What happens if my driver cancels?

If your assigned driver cancels before your trip begins, VayaMzansi will attempt to assign another available driver.

If a replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

## How do I become a VayaMzansi driver?

To become a driver, register through the VayaMzansi mobile application and complete the verification process.

You will be required to submit documentation, which may include:
